OK I see.
I use a swedish version of PPT, but you use following options in US/Eng * Right click on a figure in PPT * Edit Hyperlink Now you got a button called Screen Tips on the right upper corner. If you enter text here it will pop-up in action mode, when you for instance drag "mouse over" the figure. I wonder if it is also possible to print this text ? I'll possibly do hundreds of screen tips, and it would be nice if the users could print them out.
