Tables not updating automatically

Default Tables not updating automatically

Their are multiple users of the data base all inserting
data. Inorder for one person to see the information that
was inserted by another user they have to exit then
reopen. What can I do?

They shouldn't have to completely exit the database, but simply requery the
form.
