Default HELP NEEDED on design

I've been trying to design a database that I can use to book
training/conference rooms. Problem is I'm not sure where to start. I'm not
a complete novice, but by no means an expert. It has been sometime since I
last used Access.

I want to be able to book upto 4 separate rooms by times / course - is that
even possible to book by times (rather than dates with calendar controls).

Any help to push me in the right direction would be appreciated. Many
thanks in advance.

On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com), is an application called
"TrainingRegistration.mdb" which should give you a start.
