Default Help, please: to send pictures in the text several times over?

Help, please... with Outlook Express 6, on a Win XP system,

I need to send the same, but individualized, email to 100 people (not spam)
and it includes some pictures in the text message area. I want the pictures
imbedded in the text. I don't want them to be attachments that would be
viewed at the end.

I send the email, then I open it up again to send it again to someone else.
I can do that in either of several ways... View it in the Sent folder, then
copy/paste the whole thing to a New message, OR Save it in the Drafts folder
and re-open it every time.

The problem is... I always have to tell it again where the pictures are
coming from. When I click Send, it says something like "Some picture(s)
cannot be found, won't be included. Are you sure you want to send this
message?" Of course, I click No.

I Right-click on the picture, click Properties, and it always has some Greek
looking temporary? address of where the picture is on my PC (like:
mhtml:mid://00001417/!cid:051d01c4600a$7ccebec0$6500a8c0@HOMER) instead of
the directory address of where the picture came from (like: C:\Documents
and Settings\Mark\My Documents\Business\Pictures\Guitar.jpg).

I always have to Right-click each picture in each email and point it to the
directory address again.

Is there a way around this?

Thanks very much for your assistance. Help, please.

Mark S.

Send ONE mail only. Put your address in the To field, and put all the
people you want to send it to in the BCC field. (In new message
windowviewall headers.)
Be aware that your ISP may not let you send all 100 at once, the usual
limit is 25, so you would need to send it four times where I said ONE in
my first sentence, because they would view it as spam.
Hope this helps.

Compose your email without putting an address in the To: field or a name for
the greeting.
Tools, Spelling.
File, Save As an eml file.
Open the eml file and insert an address in the TO: field and the greeting.
Send
Reopen and insert new address and greeting.......
