Default #REF! - Invalid Cell Reference Errors

I have two users.
One users uses Excel 2003 and the other uses Excel 2007. The issue that
they are running into is when the user with 2003 sends one of the 2003 excel
documents to the user with excel 2007, that user gets error messages in
certain cell reads-#REF! - Invalid Cell Reference Errors.
I have tried to disable the micros and that doesn't seem to work. Also,
when the 2007 user previews the document in outlook 2007 all the cells
display the right information.

Any help would be appreciated.
