Default 2002 vs 2003 runtime extensions licensing?

We just bought a license and media for Access 2003 developers kit. This was
because the 2002 product license was no longer available. Our standard image
has Access 2002 on it. So my question:

Now that we own the 2003 developer kit license (and we already have the 2002
dk media, just didn't have a license), can we install the 2002 dk under the
2003 owned license?

This would make our deployment MUCH less controversial (and expensive).

Any insight would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

You'll need to ask Microsoft's licensing department.

These newsgroups are really only peer-to-peer support: Microsoft doesn't
usually read them.
