Do you mean read a PP on a Mc made within a PC? As far as I know, yes. Try

Hi,thans for the reply, sorry Im real new to pc issues...if I put a PPPres on a CD using a PC....can I then play the same PPP CD in a MAC machine? Regards, Berne Slide shows created on PCs can run on Macs; however, the two aren't 100% compatible. Additionally, if you are talking about an auto-run CD (one that plays as soon as you put the CD in), I don't think you will get the auto-run feature to work from a PC to a Mac.
