I have Outlook 2003 and we are working with Exchange 2003. We have public folders and our users have make favorites folder of the public folders. If the users delete a message in there favorites folder it also get's deleted in the Public folder on the server and then it's also removed from the favorits folder with other users. It there a way to let the user delete a message in a favorites folder and that the public folder is not updated and the message is only removed from the user that removes the message?? Hope that someone can help me, I am new to Exchange. Thank you in advance. |
