Default Business Contact Manager Outlook 2003

I have Business Contact Manager installed and I can access my business
contacts but when I go to save a new business contact I get the
following message:

The item could not be saved to this folder. The folder has been deleted
or moved or you do not have permission. Do you want to save acopy in
the default folder for this item?

If I say yes, it is saved in my Contacts folder and then I can drag and
drop that contact into my Business Contact Manager folder. Not sure why
this just started to happen.
