can not install student and teacher edition 2003
Hi, I bought microsoft office student and teacher edition 2003 last year and
installed it on a computer and the laptop crashed and had a loaner and installed it on it, now I have a 3rd laptop because they had to replace my laptop. Now it will not install, after I put in product code it started and thens stops at waiting for cabinets to be cached to local installation source. YS561405.cab and then it stops at that point, I have tried several times and everytime this happens. I tried to go on the support page and email them but it asked for a product id and I can not get to this on mine since it will not install. I have my box and case and product key, any ideas?

Try cleaning the disk - seriously. Smudges, fingerprints, dust, etc can cause
