Default RunningSum in a Subform? (Access 97)

Hello,

I've had some success using the RunningSum property in my reports for a
while now, and today was hoping to use it in the footer of a subform -
but it isn't there. I've read the help files and apparently the
RunningSum property is only available in a report.

Since reports and subforms often share the same continuous record
structure, it seems daft to me that I can't make use of the RunningSum
feature in a subform.

Please could someone recommend a way round this problem?

Many Thanks.

Good afternoon

This is simple, however explaining it would be quite lengthy.

If you wish I can send you a sample database that will show how to do this.

Send me an email to confirm that this is ok.

Best regards

Why don't you post your example mdb as an article here?
