Does Word 2007 display the row column you are in when in a table?
Am I missing something? When you are within a table in a particular row and
column, doesn't Word any longer display what column and row you are in? |

Word has never displayed table row and column location. To do that you need an add-in. Long ago, one version of Word shipped with a template named Macros8.dot that included a macro called TableCellHelper. That file is available for download from http://word.mvps.org/downloads, and the macro still works in Word 2007. It's rather clumsy by today's standards, but it will tell you what cell you're in. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
