How do I install the language pack?

I am using the beta on 2010 and I downloaded the language pack but I can not
figure out how to get the languages to install in Word 2010.

When I go to the language page it shows the language as not installed.

Right now I have the language pack in my downloaded folder. I can not
figure out how to do the install to get the languages into Word 2010. I
clicked the program and it appears to run but Word still says not installed.

Now what?
