How do I save e-mails to CD without opening them?
No cheapy - I pay for MSN, RCN, Opt Online, and a new Time Warner. I just
want my MSN to work. My problem is I probably have so many because I don't really know how to make any of them work right - Hotmail was rather problem free. When using Outlook about 3 yrs. ago - started getting about 1,000 XXX rated e-mails every few days and couldn't block them. "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: It sounds like you need to stop using a free Hotmail and start paying for one so that you can access it thru Outlook and save your files more easily. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "1122 Lady" wrote in message ... Thank you. That takes me to Plan B. I hire a high school student to sit there and do it the hard way. "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: I also use a Hotmail account with only web access. Can't think of anyway to do it. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "1122 Lady" wrote in message ... Got message from MSN 87% full. Hotmail. ( Several months ago before account got so full my MSN e-mail in box and folders started showing up empty. MSN found e-mail - "Saved it" - Lost Forever. Now can only access through Hotmail). I go in through Internet Explorer. Where would Outlook come into play? "DL" wrote: Why do you think its full? What email application are you using? and the version if Outlook? Is there a way to check off all the e-mails at one time and save the messages to a CD without having to open each one to save it ? |

Getting that amount of x-rated emails tells me your address has been sold
over and over again. Once you've given your email address out to a company you don't know, you're screwed. (Sorry about the terminology but it fits.) Yours isn't an Office issue. You need to learn how *not* to give your email address out or have one set up for junk only. Like this one that I use for the public newsgroups. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "1122 Lady" wrote in message ... No cheapy - I pay for MSN, RCN, Opt Online, and a new Time Warner. Thank you for this response.
Is there a way to move email folders from Outlook Express to an external drive -- without having to move each individual message one at a time? Many thanks. Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
