Default How can I figuring out my powerpoint password?

Powerpoint was already included on our computer when we bought it, not a
CD-ROM. How do I figure out the password and remove the password security?

Do you mean you bought a new (not just new to you) computer and that
the new computer had Powerpoint installed when you bought it? Now it may
have worked for a while and not it is asking for an key code?

That would indicate that you got a trial version and you need to convert
it to a regular version, which means paying for it.

It that was not the case, could you provide some more details about the
PowerPoint program and any other Microsoft Office programs that may also
have been included with the original package.

Is PowerPoint the only program/files you are having this difficulty
with?

If you did not buy the computer new, you will likely need to contact the
prior owner about this or (I believe) you may be able to wipe everything on
the computer and start over, but you will need to re-install the operating
system and programs and you will loose files. There are lots of variations
on what you may be dealing with, so more details will be helpful.

I suggest you be careful about what you do and may not be able to un-do
until we know more about what you are dealing with.
