How can I anchor drawings on a map so that when the object is moved the
drawing moves with it.

What product are you do this in? I can't think of how you'd be doing this in
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional, and the
focus of this newsgroup.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to whatever product you're using.

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.
