Default Phone tree

I need to create a phone tree. I have all the needed information in access.
What I want the final product to look like a flow chart complete with the
boxes and lines ect. Is there a report template I can use for this? If not
is there some way to export the required data into power point? I'm no power
point ranger either, but seems to me that there may need to be an
intermediate program to massage the info and push it onto a PP slide. Thank
you in advance.

Depending on your table structure, you could do it be a report with a sub
report and a sub report inside the sub report (to as many levels are needed)

Regarding arrangement of record, this is basically still "vertical linear"

I've not heard of what you're looking for, and once looked (for family tree
use). I'm guessing that it doesn't exist. It would have to be able to
create and arrange a graphic of unlimited width and height.

Fred: A phone tree is just a method for an organizer to contact the members
of a group. Rather than phone everyone in the group, the organizer phones a
small group who in turn phone a small group of their own. Depending on the
size of the group, these people also may have a group of people to contact
and so forth.
