Default winmail.dat

I'd like to delete all forwarded email msg that contain an attachment named
"winmail.dat". These mssg are duplicates of valid messages but the version
with the winmail.dat attachment contain nothing in the body.

Can I set up a rule which deletes all messages containing an attachement of
a known filename?

Not without writing your own code or purchasing a third-party tool.
