Default Inventory Control Template Access 2003

Hello,
I'm using the Inventory Control Template and have made some modifications to
the Purchase Order Form to keep track of department orders - meaning that the
"ship to" on the report not only goes to the main office (like in the
template) but I'd like it to Report the Ship To to the Department instead.
I've replaced the table and fields for the table that holds this info but
suspect that because it's a grouping I've got it wrong....Does anyone know
what I'm talking about and can you help?

Few of the people who answer questions here create applications from the
templates, or use the templates as the start to develop their database
applications. So to address your question, they would have to do a good
deal of research and learning, unless they happen to be teachers who do
training in this area. If you can be specific about the data you have (or
the template has), how it is organized in tables and queries, and the
details of the specific problem you face, you'd greatly improve your
probability of getting good answers.
