Default set ALOWEDIT property to "YES"

i have set AllowEdith property in my form as "No", now i want to change it to
"Yes" again, how should i do this

The same way you set it to "No" except you take the only other option
available.

Your question is pretty vague. Do you want to do this via the GUI or
programatically? Is this a one-time thing or do you want a method for
toggling the setting at will?
