Default Help is this a bug or something else - Word formatting tables

It used to be when I made a form and used double grids
word would always format the corner correctly(rounding
edges in the correct direction for the box). Now in Word
2003 if I make a table and format boxes the right edges
run off the page instead of rounding properly. This takes
place only when you leave cells above or below
unformatted. As long as there are invisible cells of a
table above or below a double grided box the right edges
do not round properly in the direction of the box, but
extend as if the page was cut off. Is there a fix on the
way
Please help or fix soon- Thanks
DB
