contact list cannot be displayed
My user is writing an email. When she click TO to bring up her contact list,
Outlook displays a message stating the address list could not be displayed. When I go into Options, the file locations tab is greyed out. She is Outook XP, on a XP Pro machine. Any ideas?

Hmm, maybe multiple Contact folders are selected to be shown. What shows

yup, that is what it was. I backed up the visible contact list, then removed
one of duplicate contact books and crossed fingers. Closed and reopened Outlook and it worked!
