Default Display of addressees

Some of the names in my address book show in sent
messages with single quote marks surrounding the name.
Others do not. Why? I would rather that the names not
carry the marks.

It depends on how the messages were created and your Outlook version, none
of which you mentioned. The marks should be of no consequence. Why are they?

I just don't like the way they look - not relevant,
shouldn't be there, look un-professional. Using Outlook
2000.
