Default HELP - importing of exported mdb file from nextel phone

I have a exported mdb file from my Nextel i730 phone that I need to import
into my Outlook 2003. The file has contact names which arent as complete as
my Outlook and some are very poor duplicates. The file also has a private id
number and phone number that needs to be put into outlook and the maping
insnt layed out like I had hoped.

Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated!!!

This is all for syncing with my new blackberry 7210.

can you open it in another program and export it to CSV format? Does the
phone require custom software to work with Outlook?
