Default Missing Forward and Reply Buttons

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express for your emails? Also, what
version of office are you using?

Are you inside your mail message when the buttons are missing? For
instance, did you double click on the message? Or are you reading the
message in a preview pane?

All that information is very helpful for us to know exactly which
buttons have gone missing and how we should explain to get them back
for you.

Dear Dawn thank you for your prompt reply, sorry I gave such little info. I
am using Outook. Office Outlook 2003. I double click on the message.
Usually once the email opens I see these buttons above the message. Don't
know what I did to lose them. Thanks again, Dolly

Dolly -

No problem.

While you are inside one of your mail messages. Right click where the
buttons used to be. Select Customize from the list. You will
probably see two toolbars listed. Standard and Formatting. (Others
if you use Snag-It, Yahoo, or Google toolbars)
Once the Customize dialog box opens, select the Toolbars tab.
Highlight Standard and click the Reset button. That will reset the
toolbar to how it was when it was installed.

Click Close to close out of the Customize dialog box.

How the buttons went missing? You could have drug them off, if you
were holding the ALT key down while dragging them.

Let me know if you are still having trouble.
