Default how can I dial a number through a gsm device

I am using Outlook, and I have an Imate Jamin device. I would like to be
able to call a contact on my mobile by clicking the contact and asking
outlook to call. The call should be routed through my cell phone. Is this
possible.

No. Outlook can invoke only the Windows dialer.
