Default Creating default form for new contacts?

To make a new default form for creating new contacts, I tried to follow the
instructions in http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=39, which says

"To make a form the default for a folder, publish the form to the folder ...
.. Once you've published the form, right-click the folder, and choose
Properties. Then, select your form from the When posting to this folder list."

I couldn't figure out how to find the "folder" upon which to right-click.

I did this:
1. In Contacts: Tools/Forms/Design a Form
2. Look In "Contacts", select New Contact, Open
3. Edit the form.
4. In the form's Tools menu, select Forms/Publish Form As...
5. Look In "Contacts"
6. Choose a (unique) Display Name of RJD2. This gives a Message Class of
IPM.Contact.RJD2
7. Select Publish

At this point, I assume I've published to folder Contacts.
What window do I open so that I can do the second step, i.e. "right-click
the folder, and choose Properties", etc.?

Default Creating default form for new contacts?

After fiddle-foodling for an hour and a half, I posted my question here, and
30 seconds later saw how to do it. On the Contacts display, in the upper
left, there is a "My Contacts" area, with an icon labeled "Contacts". That's
the thing upon which to right click, etc.
