Default how do iI get my selected outlook contacts into Calyx point?

I need to move my contacts that I catogorize as prospects to the mortgage
software Calyx Point.
Any suggestions,

Suggesting reading the instructions that came with that program. How is this
an Outlook issue?

I'm not sure Calyx is set up for importing of address book entries.
You might want to try a more CRM type application. There are a number
of them out there. Captaloans (www.captaloans.com) has a nice CRM
specific for mortgage professionals that I know allows you to import
from outlook.
