Default Office Clipboard Full - Again!!!! Please Help

All,

I have started the Clipbook services as well ans the DDE
services which the Clipbook depends on. The problem has
begun to appear again. The machine has approximately 10
users on it, and after about 6 hours they get a message
that they cannot copy because the clipboard is full.
This is Office 2003 installed on a Windows 2003 Terminal
Server. The clients are all hitting the box via RDP on
winterm machines.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Andrew

Is it Excel that the issue predominately occurs in? Is the exact error
"cannot empty the clipboard"?

- There is an issue which Development is working on a fix right atm for
Windows 2003.
- The only workaround we have atm is to disable "Clipboard Mapping" on the
RDP-tcp properties.

If this is the case then I would suggest you contact your local Microsoft
Product Support and mention this. When the hotfix is available they should
be able to send it to you.

For reference the Bug number to quote is: "Windows SE - 96971"
