Begin to do the import or export manually -- set all the field information,
etc. in the screens -- when you get to the last screen where you'd click the
button to actually perform the import or export, click the Advanced button
at bottom left of the wizard window, and the specification window will open
with all your settings shown. You then click Save As button and save the
specification with your desired name. After this, you can cancel the import
or export, and then you can use the specification name in your macro.

Would you really want to be doing a transfertext in a Report? The subject of
this newsgroup is Microsoft Access' Reporting feature.
