Default Group behavior

I selected a rectangle from the basic shapes and grouped some text in it by
clicking on the center of the rectangle. Now when I try to resize the group
by pulling on the corner of the selected group only the rectangle grows but
not the text. I would like to be able to enlarge or reduce the group as a
whole. So that when I resize the group both rectangle and text enlarge or
reduce at the same rate? I have done this once a couple years ago but since
I do not create this feature often I forgot how I did it. The last time it
was a circle with numbers insde. Please help.

Thanks,

Hi,

Try to enter formula in each "Char.Size" cell of the shape inside the group.
For example GUARD(Height*0.5).
