Default contacts and calendars

I have a populated calendar and address book. I now have two managers and
need to have two seperate address books. How do I create another user copy
the address book and calendar and then delete the unwanted numbers from that
address book. They will use the same calendar.

If you could clarify the situation you may get a useful answer. Here are
some things I think we need to know before we can help:

Do you use Exchange server software?
What version of Outlook?

If you don't have Exchange, how are you sharing Calendars?
