Default how do I unlock the excell password protected file?

I have locked one of my excell files, so nobody could open it but me.
Unfortunately I have forgot my password, and now I cannot open it.

I found one website where I bought and downloaded the software which should
help with the problem, but it didn't. The software is 'Password Recovery 5.0'
http://www.prosoft3d.com/passwordrecovery/index2.html

I have tried the free demo versions of other software, but could not finish
wthout buying the full version, and most of them are really expensive. I only
need one password to recover.

Please, can anyone help me...?
