In the table, I set the field required to "Yes". If it
leaves blank, the standard system error message popup. How
could I replace the system error message with my error
message? I tried to put it in the validation text, but it
didn't replaced the system error message.

Thanks
Ashley

Hi Ashley,

You can't. Set the Required Propert to No and use the Validation Rule.
Example:

Validation Rule: Is Not Null
Validation Text: "Hey this is Null"

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
