Default Cannot save or delete recurring appointments

I have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have one user that cannot delete or
save recurring appointments. The error received is that Not enough memory
exists. I know that there is a hotfix for this issue, but is there any other
way around this??

This might help:

On the View menu, go to current view and click Recurring Appointments.
Double-click to open the appointment or right-click and click Delete to
remove the appointment.
