Outlook 2003: Formatting letters
Hi Is there anyway to give some kind of formatting to letters created by the
‘letter wizard’ when using contacts to write letters. To be a little clearer: I click on: Contacts-actions-new letter to contact-the letter wizard appears. I use the insert address facility/date/salutations/enclosed etc. When I click finished the recipient’s name and address/date/sender’s address etc. are all bunched together with no spaces. It is not that big a problem a few clicks sorts it out but it would be nice if there was a permanent way to sort it. Thank you. -- Who Cares Who Dares Who Wins |

Not really. That feature is so dysfunctional none of us use it. It has been
removed from current versions. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Ron" wrote in message ... Outlook 2003: Formatting letters
Russ thank you: At present I just copy and paste contact postal addresses to
send letters. Is there any other way? Please do not waste your time answering this post if there is no other way. You do a great job in answering peoples questions. Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year. -- Who Cares Who Dares Who Wins "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Not really. That feature is so dysfunctional none of us use it. Outlook 2003: Formatting letters
Most of us just use the Insert Address function in Word. It's easy to create
a Word template that includes all your return address information, signature line and formatting. Then just use "Insert Address" to put in your recipient name and address information from Outlook. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Ron" wrote in message news Russ thank you: At present I just copy and paste contact postal addresses to send letters.
