Default running Sum

I am trying to create a text box to calculate a running sum on a field that
has all the weeks of the month for a year on a form. I have created a query
that lists the dates of the records in one field and the month of these dates
in another. So each date has four records (sometimes 5) and the months are
specified in a field. I have created a report that has a running sum that
shows each week number 1 - 4 and sometimes 5. I would like to do the same on
a form. Can someone help? The running sum would be over group rather than
over all.
