Calendar Object
So, several people share their calendars here, so that they can see what they are doing at certain times. Anyways we just got a new "tool" and its usage time needs to be scheduled on the calendar. So if I need it Monday at lunch, I would add myself to monday at lunch on the "tool"'s calendar so other people could see that.
Is there a way to do this?. Submitted using http://www.outlookforums.com |

Sure you can do it as long as it has a calendar in exchange server.

Where is the Calendar for the Tool? You can either open its calendar as
another user's folder and make the appointment on it directly or send it a meeting invite. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: How many email accounts are in your main Outlook profile? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=36602 "Phil G" pag_soccer[at]hotmail[dot]com wrote in message ... outlookmvp wrote on Wed, 03 February 2010 10:54 Sure you can do it as long as it has a calendar in exchange server.
