Office Ultimate 2007 Attempt to reinstall

Was up and running fine, then I got a Trojan and had to have my computer
cleaned. When I reinstalled it, every time I try to open Word or Excel
(haven't tried the others) it attemts to configure which wastes a bunch of
time. How do I stop this?
