Default Cant install BCM with Exchange Server 2003

I'm using Exchange Server 2003 with Outlook 2003 on the clients. With an Exhange Outlook profile it is not posible to create an Business Contacts Database with Business Contact Manager installed. On the Microsoft site there is an patch available whose purpose is to fix this problem. But it does not work. When an Business Contact Database is added, you cant open its folders and the next time you open Outlook it will remove the BC-folder. Can anyone help me?

Yours Faitfully,

The patch requires that you also set a registry entry, plus if I remember
correctly, Outlook 2003 needs to be running in Cached Exchange mode.

Thanx for your reply.

- The registry number is set by the patch (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusine ssServer\ClientSetup) {Version = 5.2}

- I run the cached mode.

BUT: It does not work, any other ideas???
