Word document which contains screen shoots
I received a word document which contains screens and I can not see them.
They do not display. The document is just 2mb size

Have you tried (a) turning down your hardware acceleration or (b) updating

If you choose File - Print Preview, are the graphics visible now?

If the graphics are not visible in Print Preview, do you have "Drawing
