Default background on labels

I was trying to add a background to labels i was making,
and every time I add a watermark background, it messes
with the label layout and forces the bottom row onto a 2nd
page. Can I control this? I am trying to print a sheet
of 30 Avery labels, format 5160. Regardless of the
picture I set as the background, the layout always gets
messed up. Help please!

A watermark is a graphic anchored to the header. Anchoring something to the
header causes the header to be active (take up space), which messes up the
labels. Try changing the header margin to 0".
