No need for a screen shot, this is perfect... it looks like the messages
are either plain text or you are reading them in plain text. What version of Outlook? One thing to try is to uninstall your antivirus program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. It won't change messages you've received already, but it may clear up the problem for new ones. Also, try starting Outlook in safe mode (hold Ctrl when you click its icon) and see if that makes a difference.
