Default Word launchs while in Outlock and then give error

When I am in Outlook, Word will open by itself, then give an error message "
Microsoft Office Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." When I look at what data does the error report
contain, I get this:

AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 11.0.6359.0 App Stamp: 40c8b025 ModName:
hpzpm309.dll ModVer: 2.240.0.0 ModStamp: 3f615fc8 fDebug: 0 Offset:
000355a3

Do you have any suggestions on how to stop this?

Default

The error points to your printer driver. Delete and reinstall the printer,
preferably with an updated driver, if any.
