Default Single ISP with POP/SMTP email; I wish to set 3 outgoing return e.

I have a single ISP with POP/SMTP email; I wish to set 3 outgoing SMTP
(return email address) and 1 incoming POP email.
Currently I have all 3 e-mail accounts configured and it works because
outlook is reading the SMTP three times. I can create an email and choose
which of the three return emails I wish for my receiptent.
Outlook will not allow me to "not assign" a POP3 server for a particular
e-mail account.
I will receive errors if I set a bogus server.
Any suggestions?

You could fill in the valid POP3 server you have for your 1st account and/or
disable receiving for that account;
Tools- Options- tab Mail Setup- button Send/Receive...- button Edit...
Select the account to make individual Send/Receive settings
