Default Pivot Chart-Can't set FIXED number of Decimals

In Access 2003, using Pivit tables or Pivit Charts, when formating a number
for display, you can sellect Fixed, but there is no option to select the
number of fixed decimal places. The default for FIXED is 2 and I want
change it.
