SENDING EMAILS IN ACCESS AND SECURITY WARNING POPUP
HEY IM CURRENTLY USING ACCESS 2003 AND AM USING THE SEND OBJECT MACRO TO SEND
A LIST TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS, BUT EVERYTIME THAT THE DATABASE STARTS THIS WINDOW POPS UP ASKING FOR APROVAL TO AUTOMATICALLY SEND THIS EMAIL AND EVERYTIME I HAVE TO CLICK YES....DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET AROUND THIS??? |

As for your question...the security prompt you are seeing is coming from Outlook, not Access. The only solution that you can control as the developer (at the client) is to not use Outlook to send the message. There is a free utility you can install that will automatically click the [Yes] button for you. Easy to find if you Google on the topic. -- I don't check the Email account attached to this message. offensive, im just used to typing in all caps, but anyways, would you happen to know the name of this utility that would automatically click the yes button for me???
