Using OWA, deleting one read email all read emails are deleted.
Hi Teamkyrk,
I have just recently experienced the same issue w/ one of my clients. However, to the best of my knowledge they don't end up in the deleted folder they are still in the inbox when she checks her outlook in the office. Anyway, I've tried the usual, updates, minimizing her outlook acct size by archiving, server updates, etc. and nothing has changed. Also to the best of my knowledge, she is the only one w/ the issue, I don't think anyone else in the office has the problem. Have you found a resolution to this issue? Thanks, TKhan "Teamkyrk" wrote: I have one user using Outlook Web Access (owa) that when he delete one of his read emails, it deletes all of the Emails that have already been read. If you go into the deleted items it only show the one email that was deleted, the rest are gone. If you then go into Outlook (not Web Access) all the emails that diappeared are in the Deleted items. -- Thanks for the Help Teamkyrk |
