Default Word Document Changes without Track Changes

I am working on a large document with a team. One of the team members changed
the document and didn't have track changes on? Is there any way I can
determine what that user changed? HELP!

Default Word Document Changes without Track Changes

If you have an earlier version of the file, you can use Tools | Compare
