Default mpeg files crashing my powerpoint 2003 presentation

I have purchased iWorship videos in mpeg1 file format. I have tried to
import them to my laptop running Powerpoint 2003. The Powerpoint program
crashes. I have been able to run the files on my desktop at home. What am I
doing wrong?

I would contact the vendor that you bought them from and ask them.

You might also take a look at the tutorial for media in PowerPoint.
